We had an amazing time staying in this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect and transportation was easily accessible. The breakfast that was served every morning was generous, comforting, and freshly made.
Nothing it was perfect.

The village where the hotel is located seems to be interesting to explore and enjoy nature. the antique furniture of the house and the living history is impressive. A few guests appreciated the friendly owners and the views of the mountains from the hotel. some guests did find issues with their stay.
Some guests struggled with communication as very little Italian was spoken by the staff.

Spent Easter in a lovely old house surrounded by beautiful nature! Enjoyed the antique furniture and the fresh strawberries with cream and croissants for breakfast! the dog was also delightful and the location was great for skiing and hiking.
The language barrier was tough to overcome, wish we spoke Italian.

We spent a lovely Christmas weekend in a charming place with friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. We appreciated the pet-friendly policy of the hotel, our furry friend had a great time as well. The breakfast was great, with fresh and delicious pastries and a good coffee. We loved the location, surrounded by beautiful mountains and historic ruins to explore. We also enjoyed the skiing options nearby which made our stay even more exciting.
We found it a bit difficult to communicate with the staff because of the language barrier. Although they were friendly and willing to help, we recommend guests to brush up on their Italian before visiting.
